KAISER CHIEFS, HAPPY MONDAYS AND SHED SEVEN TO HEADLINE HARDWICK LIVE FESTIVAL 2018
County Durham’s premier music festival unveils 2018’s headliners alongside a huge line-up of acts including sets from Feeder, Public Image Limited and Echo & The Bunnymen
KAISER CHIEFS have been revealed as headliners for 2018’s Hardwick Live Festival. The festival returns to Hardwick Hall in Sedgfield, Co Durham on the 18th & 19th August.
Kaiser Chiefs returned to the airwaves in 2016 with the joyful Stay Together, the arena tour and string of festival headline slots that followed in 2017 cemented the band as the UK’s best crowd-pleasing act. Stay Together was celebrated by critics for moving the band further into the world of euphoric pop, praising the group for their powerful, commanding hooks and huge sing-along chorus’.
Joining the Kaiser Chiefs at Hardwick Live this year are another band renowned for the charisma and energy, HAPPY MONDAYS. The group lead by Shaun Ryder are synonymous with the late 80’s Madchester era, a time of overwhelming creative energy and freedom in British music history.
