News: Foals share mysterious ‘Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost’ teaser

This Is Tomorrow headliners Foals have shared a mysterious trailer on their social media accounts for a new project. The Oxford quartet also posted a countdown on their Instagram Story yesterday set to end this afternoon…

While Foals fans are waiting with bated breath for the main announcement, they have kindly given us a few clues.

It’s no secret that the band will be releasing a new album at some point this year as confirmed by their publishers at Transgressive back in November.

For this reason it seems possible that the 30-second-long clip captioned “Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 1 Part 2 2019” is significant to the release. Could this be an album title? And even more importantly, could the boys be blessing us with a double album?!

The trailer has a dystopian air about it, depicting a woman running through a snowy woodland landscape in a futuristic outfit. Meanwhile there’s another figure engulfed by flames walking through another darker forest setting.

The whole time an ominous, atmospheric soundtrack plays in the background. If we’re lucky it might be our first taste of new Foals material since their 2015 album ‘What Went Down.
