News: Larkins to embark on UK Tour and Hit Think Tank? this Autumn

Larkins are one of Manchester’s fastest emerging indie prospects and they are heading to Newcastle this November. Find out how to lock down your tickets to the gig at Think Tank? on November 3rd here…

Larkins first came to the attention of many with the single ‘TV Dream’, an indie disco worthy tune, which sounds part The 1975 and part The Wombats.

Momentum surrounding the band is evidenced by the escalating scale of their live shows. Perhaps their most notable to date was when they sold out a 2000 capacity hometown show at Manchester’s Albert Hall. They released a live album ‘Larkins: Live At The Albert Hall, Manchester’ which further whets the appetite for the band’s debut album which is currently being recorded.

When Larkins head to Newcastle this autumn, the show is part of a freshly announced landmark UK tour from the band. As well as selling out previous shows across the country, the band played their first shows stateside earlier this year at SXSW festival.

To make sure you’re able to see this band on the rise in Newcastle, get your tickets from Gigs North East from 9 am on 17th May.
