Old Sea Brigade formed in 2015 with it’s own brand of Americana infused indie rock. Old Sea Brigade consists of Atlanta-born Nashville-based singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ben Cramer. Ben creates a sound that is wholly unique and rich in its genre blending, meanwhile creating an immersive experience for the audience.

Emerging onto the scene in 2015, Cramer teamed up with producer Jeremy Griffith to record Old Sea Brigade’s self-titled EP. This EP was subsequently released in 2016. The EP was certainly a success, with lead single ‘Love Brought Weight’ doing phenomenally on Spotify with over 16 million streams. Subsequently, Old Sea Brigade signed with Nettwerk records.

As a result, in 2017, Old Sea Brigade released a second EP ‘Cover My Own’. The lead single from this EP ‘Tidal Wave’ gained a ton of critical acclaim from Clash, Indie Obsessive and Immersive Atlanta.

Old Sea Brigade’s full-length debut album, ‘Ode to a friend’ will be released on January 4th, 2019. The album will certainly flood even more ambience into your ears, reminiscent of cinematic storytelling.
